The history of Immo Eecke goes back to 1896, when Hector Eecke opened a real estate office. The agency grew significantly from the nineteen-eighties. This growth went hand in hand with the growth of Nieuwpoort, the town where Immo Eecke was founded. This seaside resort had previously been a small community that was mainly populated by boat owners, though grew into a genuine town during the nineteen-eighties.

In the meantime, the agency was taken over and given a new look. The business was given a new logo and its offices modernised, giving it a contemporary look.
Due to its location and increasing demand, Immo Eecke has specialised itself in holiday rentals. Anyone looking for a short-term holiday (weekend, midweek, though also several weeks), will find a wide and varied offer at Immo Eecke. In addition to holiday homes, Immo Eecke is also an important player in the resale and ‘syndic’ market. A visit to our office is all that is needed to convince you that Immo Eecke and the North Sea are inextricably connected to one another. Immo Eecke loves the North Sea and has every reason to do so. Renting or buying in Nieuwpoort is a healthy investment, figuratively and literally.

Nieuwpoort is not called the second Knokke for nothing. The town has just continued growing since the nineteen-eighties. One look at the new channel promenade and the recently extended marina will convince you of that. Moreover, a stay at the North Sea is a cure in itself. Walking past the seafront, the spray of the sea waves provides spiritual and physical relief.  Plan a daytrip to this seaside resort and allow yourself to be swayed by all the beauty and health this town has to offer. Be sure to pass by Immo Eecke, and let us tell you all about it… in all colours and scents.
